Explorations! Field Trip to the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum
Udvar Hazy Center in Chantilly, VA
Friday, January 19, 11:00AM to 12:30PM
We are excited to make a return trip to the Udvar-Hazy Center. This wonderful museum has galleries dedicated to the story of aviation and space exploration, over 3,000 artifacts on display, expert preservation and restoration on view, and more to discover. This will be a docent-led tour. There is no charge to sign up for the RSC group tour. We invite you to consider making a donation when you register.

Admission: Museum admission is free. No museum tickets are required but you must register with the Rockville Science Center to be in our group tour.
Parking: $15.
Lunch: After the tour you are invited to meet at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center Shake Shack restaurant for lunch. Note: outside food and drink are not permitted in the National Air and Space Museum. You can bring water.
Ages: All ages are welcome to join us. Children and youth under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Accessibility: Prepare to stand for long periods of time and wear comfortable shoes.
