Are you ready to find your rhythm and embrace the art of hand drumming as a way to reduce stress and strengthen your brain? Before we get into the drumming, a neuroscientist will explain how hand drumming engages both hemispheres of your brain boosting memory, focus and problem-solving, then our talented instructor (also a scientist) will guide you through various rhythms and beats, helping you find your groove. Please bring your drum if you have one and let's make some noise together. We will provide a drum if you don't have one.
