All are welcome to join us as we welcome this month's Science Tuesday speaker, Dr. Ken Harkavy. Dr. Harkavy will be presenting an abbreviated review of the care of neonates from antiquity to present day, from myth to science and back to myth. He'll share with us some of the great breakthroughs in care, great mistakes, great unknowns, and critical frontiers.
Our speaker: Dr. Ken Harkavy is board certified in Pediatrics and Neonatal and Fetal Medicine. He retired in 2019 after over 50 years of caring for neonates. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Yale University Medical School, and Yale-New Haven Hospital, he completed his postgraduate training at Georgetown University.
