If you live in Montgomery County and are over 18, you can register for membership in the Rockville Makerspace and Tool Library!
Why become a member? Membership has its privileges!

Borrow tools and books from the Tool Library, including a growing list of drills, saws, sanders, hand tools, sewing and soldering kits, painting tools, and much more.

Join an active community of DIY experts, amateurs, and newbies for special Members-only Makerspace access, educational classes, volunteer projects, and social events

What is the cost?
Annual member dues are $60 per person, or $50 each if you register 2 or more people at the same time. Because we’re still developing the program, your annual membership won’t expire until December 31, 2025 if you sign up now. That’s less than $5 per month!
After you register using the link above, visit the Makerspace during Open Hours (Tuesdays 6-8 PM and Saturdays 12-4 PM), show us confirmation of your age and residence, and pay the annual dues, and we’ll provide you with your membership card. If you live in D.C. or other counties, we may be rolling out a separate membership option that does not include Tool Library borrowing.
