Welcome Makers!

Welcome to the Rockville Makerspace, a place for all ages to come together and build, learn and create. We offer a wide variety of tools and the space for you to work on projects, collaborate with other makers, and learn new skills. This is a community-driven space where your ideas can become reality. 

 

Each week we offer two Open Project Times where anyone is welcome to stop by to work on a project or collaborate with other makers:

 - Tuesdays, 6:00-8:00 PM

-  Saturdays, 12:00-4:00 PM 

The Makerspace also hosts the MocoMakers on Thursday nights from 6:00-8:00 PM. All are welcome to participate in their events.

    This workshop will teach how to make a butterfly for the spring season, as well as some very basics of jewelry making. New skills that will be taught in this beginner’s workshop include making a magic ring/circle, joining new colors, and using jump rings and needle nose pliers. Ages 11-adult
