Events

In addition to our regularly scheduled programs, the Rockville Science Center periodically offers special events that are open to the public. Our marquee event is the annual Rockville Science Day at the Rockville Campus of Montgomery College (this year it's on April 27, 2025). We also host Community STEM Days on select Saturday afternoons throughout the year. These free events take place at our storefront location and are a great opportunity to engage with a variety of science exhibitors from around the region. In addition, we offer a variety of other activities throughout the year. Previous events have included watch parties, take-apart days, planetarium nights, movie nights and more!
